Last month, money mag Forbes released their annual list of the world's richest men and women, which included familiar names such as Bill Gates and Warren Buffett. The list tallied 1,826 billionaires all in all. But the overall tally was not what's amazing in this year's version. What's amazing is the fact that 46 of them were under 40 years of age—a record.

How did these young guns made so much money in such a short time? Below are their "secrets"!


1)   MARK ZUCKERBERG

The Facebook Godfather rose to the 16th richest spot this year—his first time to crack the Top 20.

10)   EVAN SPIEGEL

The youngest billionaire in this year's list, he's one of the founders of messaging app Snapchat, a service that has soared to 100 million users since its launch in 2011.
