Hello Boracay!
April 30, 2007 | 12:00AMBoracay. . . where the sun is golden, the waters pure and blue and the white sand is dazzling soft, truly paradise! But yeah if you’re already like a father of three, divorced or separated, a spinster or a retiree – this is what probably comes first in your mind when you go there. But in my case, hell no! *grin* It doesn’t mean that I don’t know how to appreciate nature’s beauty (believe me, I’m a nature lover *smile*). It’s just that when I hear the word Boracay, it means more than a beautiful sunset. To me it’s party and fun time with or without the sun. Yay! *hands in the air dancing* I’m sure a lot of you out there will agree.
Let me give you a recap about what “Party and Fun in Boracay” is for me. Remember about the Japanese and the thongs/topless? ( Ring a bell?) If no, go through your FHM back issues (Jan-Feb ‘05 with Chinggay Andrada cover) and read over my interview. *lol* That’s having fun with the sun still up. When night is approaching in Bora, I just don’t feast on good food or chit-chat in the beach (whaaat?) but I splurge myself with every party I can go to. Yes thats right! Boracay is the perfect place where all strangers become strangers no more! My fave thing to do is to get drunk and sweat my way out dancing on top of the bar. *grin* While everybody around is shouting, “Show your thong! Show your thong!” Some would even shout, “Take it off! Take it off!” *ROFL* , with all hopes that I would really take it off and… sometimes they get lucky. *LOL*
(This was taken a few years back at Summer Place Boracay. I will post a newer version of this when I get back *wink*wink* )
I’ll be off to Boracay to party and have some fun. (Boracay, Here I come!!) When I get back from my vacation, I’ll bring home something for you guys. *kisses*
P.S. When you guys happen to be in Bora and bump into me, just come up and say “Hey Sofie, we read your blog.” I’ll be happy to hear that. Dont worry, I don’t bite! *LOL*Grin*
