Boracay is the best. And I'll say Davao! Especially Pearl Farm in Davao. Sagada, (Bicol - Caramoan, Mt.  Mayon in Albay, Whale Shark in Donsol, Calaguas, and more), El Nido and Coron, and Batanes :)
