Naku ang hina ko talaga sa ganyan. calendar method tawag diyan di ba? Kaya pills na lang ako to be sure. Mga 4 years na ako nagpipills and so far so good. Hehehe. Sophia pills ko para di ako mag gain ng weight.  ;D

panu kung guy eh d sanay mag condom..tulad ko d ako gumgmit ng condom...mas safe pa rin ang widrawal pra skin ha...o kya putok na lang sa bibig..hehehe... :)

this is a fact LADIES PLS LISTEN!
before and after mens is not a safe, 10 days before and after is not safe dapat you mark down your period to your calendars and check if your regular or normal meaning if your a 28 day cycle or 35 day cycle.
Before engaging in sex make sure your protected especially if its your that active,if you dont want to get pregnant! lalo na di nyo kilala yun ka sex nyo remember AIDs is just increasing in Philippines.
