Parkour Workshop is now open for Sunday session again.  Same mechanics and fee.  Only 20 students will be accommodated.

Philippine FreeRunners will conduct its first ever
Parkour and FreeRunning Summer Workshop.

Conditioning is very important for a prac****oner of Parkour and FreeRunning.    But it's only one part of one's development through your pilgrimage to a good life doing Parkour and FreeRunning.  Another part is the development of our mind by learning its root and philosophies.

This workshop will deliver both.  A free jam will teach you some moves, but moves are only temporary until you develop both your body and mind.

Join the workshop and learn proper Parkour and FreeRunning from its philosophy and how to live about it.  Equip yourself as you prepare yourself in developing your own team.

What's included:

* Philippine FreeRunners Uniform.  TShirt only.  10% off to Jogging pants.
6 sessions in a safe and padded gymnastic environment
Urban challenge.  Try out the things your learned in the outside world.

What to bring:

* Change of clothes.  Yes yes, there's shower after practice.
Jogging Pants and comfortable shirt.
Water bottle.  Though there's free water, better if you bring your own.

All for PhP 1,300 only.
