A KICK-ASS WALK IN THE PARK
Jinri Park totally translated her fantasies to perfection – crowd went awry upon seeing the Korean sensation walk on the ramp with a playfully donned Psylocke outfit, based on the psychic super heroine from the X-Men series. So does her bedroom fantasy have anything to do with mutants and mind freaks?
PATWEETUMS NO MORE!
It’s a different feeling seeing LJ Reyes and Eda Nolan bare their flawless skin and do a hot dance number; we’d been so accustomed to their patweetumness! But hey, we’re not complaining! It sure is a sight to see the two youthful beauties strut their stuff to the delight of the predominantly male crowd. They have come of age, indeed.
A VERY MADRIGAL NUMBER
The sizeable crowd also took in a lot of good vibes from Michelle and Ehra Madrigal’s sexy dance segment! Prior to her appearance onstage, we asked Michelle about the possibility of potentially doing naughty things with her big sister, to which she responded: “No! That would be weird!” But the night’s theme is bedroom fantasies, right?
MORE RICE, PLEASE!
This month’s cover girl Jackie Rice electrified the ramp with her immaculate white dress and regal presence. Her radiant skin, graceful curves, and beaming smile were more than enough to solicit a huge roar from the crowd. She looked like a goddess, a present-day reincarnation of Venus straight from our fantasies. Yes, she’s that beautiful.
CROWD PLEASER
This uber-friendly manong begged to be interviewed by us, and we gladly obliged. We were surprised that he approached us since, normally, we’re the ones to ask first. Anyway, he proved to be quite a character, gleefully answering our silly questions and even inviting others to troop to the venue! Good job, sir! May your infectious personality bring you more air time in the future.
WORTH THE RISK
It seems the heavens smiled on us last night as we were able to pull this one off once again. Ellen Adarna was game in baring almost all in the part of the show that saw the most skin exposed. It’s a risky move and we bet several outside groups will give us the funny eye because of it but, judging from the response of the crowd, it was well worth it.
HIGH REGARD FOR THE ORIGINAL
Aubrey Miles pulled a hot opener, alright. But what especially took our hearts was when Aubrey walked the ramp in a Thor costume! It was one-half ugok, one-half astig, full-on panalo! We love Aubrey for her sexiness, but after this, we love her even more for her humor!
SHE PAVED THE WAY
Diana Zubiri stepped out of the stage looking like a supernatural deity, virtually reminding us of the historic flyover photoshoot she did for our magazine 10 years ago. The 2002 Sexiest Woman in the World garnered an upright amount of applause, coming from different generations of FHM readers, old and new.
THE REIGN CONTINUES
Once again, the unveiling of Sam Pinto capped off this year’s party on a perfect note. Gracefully suspended down like a futuristic queen, Sam Pinto walked the ramp twice, took on the microphone and expressed her sincere gratitude before descending down to a backstage area filled with legions of eager media men. We must have at least seen seven or eight bouncers protecting Sam in there!
PLAYING DJ
Those who stayed to witness the after party were blessed to see 2012’s sexiest Sam Pinto play DJ opposite DJ Nina Saputil. Seeing her turning the knobs and, er, scratching away is a breath of fresh air. From the ramp to the DJ booth, 2012’s sexiest woman in the land placed a huge exclamation point on an evening to remember. DJ Sam, sounds catchy, no?
[EDIT: This has been edited today to reflect the correction with regard to the DJ's identity. In its original form, we ID'ed the DJ with Sam Pinto to be DJ Patty Tiu. It is in fact DJ Nina Saputil. Thank you to DJ Patty Tiu for pointing out our mistake. We apologize. It was that awesome an afterparty.]
