Why she should win this year: It all feels inevitable, Marian claiming the grand prize a second time. This year in particular has been incredibly kind to her sexy image, placing 9th in the Top 10 International Beauties of 2012 and landing that sexy Cosmo cover last April. She somehow remains to hold that sex appeal despite being associated with Dingdong for the longest time. Marian is also looking a lot prettier as of late, or is it just us?

Poll history: Dubbed as a "teen temptress" when she debuted at #10 in the 2003 poll, Angel made male fantasies come true by doing Darna which led to her landing the top spot in 2005. A series of FHM covers on the other hand catapulted her back to number one by 2010, five years after her first.
Why she should win this year: Angel's R-rated stints in the flicks In The Name of Love and Unofficially Yours only shows that the Kapamilya actress is feeling her maturity and sexuality more than ever. Her "sexy without trying" bravado is no more; instead what we're seeing these days is an open-minded beautiful adult, which calls for an acknowledgment.

Poll history: Readers went nuts when Ellen made our pages back in December 2010, automatically ascending her to the #10 spot in her very first 100 Sexiest Women Poll last year. If you must know, that is the second most impressive 100 Sexiest debut in FHM Philippines' history.
Why she should win this year: Ellen has platformed herself alongside the country's finest without any major film or television projects to her name, meaning she belongs here by means of sheer, pure beauty and sex appeal. It proves that one does not need to be an A-lister to be able to top the list. And if it helps, that Belo billboard in Santolan might just seal the deal.

Poll history: While Ellen holds the second most impressive 100 Sexiest debut, the dubious honor of most impressive actually belongs to March 2011 cover babe Solenn Heussaff, who debuted at last year's poll at #5. To say that she is a national prodigy is an understatement.
Why she should win this year: Solenn has officially penetrated every household radar in the country with her breakthrough role in Temptation Island, a successful solo album, and a slew of magazine covers that's not about to stop anytime soon. She is also set to co-star in Boy Pick Up The Movie, taking over Sam Pinto as Ogie's leading lady. Wait, is that a sign of things to come?

Poll history: Sam bursted into the 100 Sexiest scene by placing 32nd in 2010, then made history in 2011 by nabbing the top spot in only her second year. She has since become a consummate household name, and now we couldn't imagine her placing any lower than number one!
Why she should win this year: Putting aside the fact that Sam is the top vote-getter in this year's poll - she has consistently received thousands and thousands of votes week after week - she is also deserving for officially nailing the crush ng bayan moniker with her weekly stint as Neneng B in Bubble Gang's Boy Pick Up segment. We don't even think that she's already reached her peak. We're betting a few more Sexiest titles along the line. So we'll see.
