Melissa and Gerald Grace the FHM Collections Press Conference!

Seriously, that FHM Collections backdrop kicks so much ass, we've all been calling dibs on who gets to take it home. That life-size Melissa Ricks cover (and whose bedroom ceiling will it be nailed on) is also a subject of constant bickering at the FHM HQ.

A legion of print and television journalists provided us the honor of their presence at the event. As much as we’d love to assume that these lovely folks were there to give us, the FHM staff, our much-awaited "exposure," the actual truth is they just can’t miss the two celebrities who were with us that day.

Eto yun! Introducing the two most important peeps during yesterday's FHM Collections press conference: Melissa Ricks and Gerald Anderson. You know you've chosen well when your cover stars look this good in person.

Among the things discussed during the Q&A portion with our friends from the media:

• The story of how Gerald and photographer Doc Marlon Pecjo did a photoshoot in the streets of Hong Kong without any permits;
  
• The preparations Melissa had to endure for her cover shootl;
  
• And a series of questions concerning current and former flames Paul Jake Castillo (for Melissa) and Sarah Geronimo (for Gerald, duh!). Tsismis!

The media people once again swarmed our cover celebrities as soon as the press conference came to a close, making it difficult for us to do a photo op with the dashing lady we've been staring at all day. But we stood our ground, swallowed our homecourt swagger, and continued looking like fanboys in the presence of our own cover babe.

Lintik na Gerald yan. Ikaw na ang pogi! Pink looks good on you though, bro.

Finally, it's our turn! As soon as the media started to head to their other assignments, we ran like a pack of hyenas towards our current cover babe. Sorry at hindi kami kasama sa Hong Kong. Pero taga niyo sa bato: Melissa Ricks is much, much hotter in person.

And, of course, we took a pic with Gerald as well! FHM staffer Mich Lagdameo (the lone lady in the photo) couldn't have picked a better day to wear pink. Yihee, terno sila ng suot ni Budoy! Meant to be?
