Weekender: July 13, 2012
Two things shook FHM Nation this week.
One was a celebration of the most alluring of the land, the 100 Sexiest Party, held at the World Trade Center, July 12. "So many beautiful women, so little time!" was the battlecry, punctuated not only by Miss Number One, Sam Pinto, but by July 2012 covergirl, Jackie Rice. Keep your eyes peeled gentlemen, for we'll be releasing galleries and videos of the party in the coming days.
The second made an even more tremendous impact: the passing of Philippine comedy's greatest-of-all-time, Mr. Rodolfo Vera Quizon, who we paid tribute to in this massive 83-item list. Now, how about a moment of silence for Manong Dolphy?
And oh look, other things happened too: UFC champ Silva triumphed again, Jawo's legacy was officially immortalized in his retirement ceremony, we went "OMG!" at the beauties we saw at the Yahoo! OMG Awards, and attempted to prove that Magic Mike might just be worth watching.

WHAT'S UP: Pinoy MMA promoter, PXC, serves up another round of fisticuffs, with a main event featuring Justin "The Shocker" Cruz, and Crisanto "The Slugger" Pitipunge in a bantamweight championship match. A wild, bloody night for Filipino fight fans.
