What's bad about it: For Star Wars freaks, having to pick between the Sith Lord and the green Jedi Master is a real darn shame when you could have both face-to-face in an epic showdown of lights and lasers. Here's to hoping that one would be playable in the other-better to shell out a few bucks than burn your pants for another console. On the rival camp, this formula's way imbalanced that it might as well combust. Crossing Soulcalibur and Star Wars is like time-shifting between worlds that never meet. Common sense aside, defeating your opponent through a ring-out is tougher now than it ever was in the whole Soul series. You have to be extremely quick and crafty to throw your enemy off the stage when that small window of opportunity presents itself. But otherwise, you'll just have to iron out the enemy the hard way. Some regulars also get their balance tweaked, with some power moves taking the turtle pace and others speeding up. -Cara Maia Tanlimco
