And now you’re about to take on half the world with your upcoming film...
M: It’s called Maverick and Ariel’s First Ever Ever Movie Hollywood or Else... (Ang Pinakamahabang Title ng Pelikula sa Balat ng Lupa). It’s the Philippines’ first reality movie—yun ang treatment.
A: Bitin na kasi kami sa pagsikat namin sa Pilipinas kaya magha-Hollywood na kami. Mag-a-audition na kami sa American Idol.
And how exactly did you plan to do that?
M: We applied for a Visa, we bought a ticket and that’s it.
A: Siyempre sa tulong na rin ng GMA Films. The plan was to do the film in two weeks and 15 days. We also wanted to get Filipino artists na nasa America na ngayon to make cameos in the film.

Let’s talk about your queer fashion sense. We noticed that you, Ariel, are fond of Burberry…
A: Well, ang plano ko sana mga Amerikanang Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton, kaso nagpapasadya pa ako.
M: Ako naman, dress-up, sleek Casino style that’s somehow inspired by Robert de Niro. I like sharp, coordinated colors, more on monotone. We have different tastes kaya hindi kami nagsasapawan.
