Justin Pinon, "The Mentalist"
INTERVIEW BY: GELO GONZALES

Back to mentalism, how does one train for it?
Actually, I co-founded Body Language Social Engineering firm, where we teach people how to read the body language of other people.
I founded it with TJ Arcinue, who is also a mentalist. We teach businessmen, and salesmen on how to close a deal just by reading body language. Kunwari pinapakitaan ka ng negative body language, tinuturo namin how to disarm that.Additionally, nag-aral din ako ng kaunting magic, which I need for showmanship.
How long did it take you to achieve your level of proficiency?
Around 6 years.
Can anyone be a mentalist, or is some in-born talent involved?
Anyone can learn this.
I feel this is my calling.
We heard you can also bend metals, like forks and spoons, and perform telekinesis. Are those true?
Do you want me to show you?
At this point, Justin Pinon demonstrates a trick where the forks (which he tells us he just nabbed from the foodcourt) bend in many different ways without him using readily observable force. And once again, we were quite impressed.
