He shacks up the record with thug threats and gangsta goodness to the brim, only to come across as half-baked thanks to sleek productions and collabs with the likes of JT, Timbaland, Robin Thicke, and Mary J Blige. Which shouldn’t mean Curtis sucks. No, it doesn’t. But then again, isn’t all that hip hop thuggery supposed to be over?
