Best Animated Feature Film
And the Golden Globe goes to: Up
FHM says: We would have loved it if The Fantastic Mr. Fox or Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs won the award, but deep in our hearts it has always been Up. We didn’t want to go soft on everybody, but this heart-warming film really tickled our mushy bones.
Best Television Series - Drama
And the Golden Globe goes to: Mad Men
FHM says: Set in the 1960s, Mad Men reveals the ad industry on a different light: mystery, competition, and seduction. Sounds interesting, but we were more sold on House, Big Love, or Dexter more than this one.
Best Television Series – Comedy or Musical
And the Golden Globe goes to: Glee
FHM says: We love Glee not only because of the way it vindicated itself away from the likes of High School Musical or Hairspray, but also for its genius interpretation of the song “Don’t Stop Believing.”
But with our long-time favorites 30 Rock and Entourage among the list, we weren’t sure if this was the right decision. One thing’s for sure though – Glee brought the musical back in the “Comedy or Musical” category.
