Melody and Sharon may seem poles apart on the surface, and yet they have a connection, coming together with a unified faith and single-minded focus: to win the Amazing Race Asia and have fun along the way

Melody and Sharon were former schoolmates who only bonded after they left school. By nature, Melody is the more out-going of the two, an extrovert who loves sports and happy to go with the flow. Passionate at times, she channels that energy in her work as an actress and host, having appeared in both local film and television. By contrast, Sharon is more used to a structured environment and even jokingly describes herself as an office slave. Despite being so different, they agree on many issues and feel that they will bring quite a lot to the game. “We represent a lot of different sides,” says Melody, “and have quite a lot of good qualities.”
