When gigantic cracks (not that, you perv) manifest in the Earth’s crust and the Pacific Ring of Fire starts going berserk ala Mount Mayon, a team of scientists must venture way below the Earth’s surface to—what else—save the world. But whaddayaknow, the scientists realize that the reason Mother Earth is going bonkers is because of a secret government project to uncover alternative energy sources.
