For highway driving, the Escape is fun enough to drive, with acceptable acceleration and a top speed of around 180 kph, though we won't advise you to hit those speeds. In normal city conditions, we love that a substantial amount of power is made available to the driver even at the lower RPM range; overtaking slowpokes and tricycles won’t pose too much of a problem.
The Escape is surprisingly comfortable, as though you were riding on a luxury sedan. The 2010 Ford Escape is indeed tough on the outside, but it’s never tough on you while you’re inside it. And with a special introductory price of just P999,000, the 2010 Ford Escape is simply a very good choice for an all-around SUV.
