It’s been three years and nine months since we saw you last. So why did your comeback take that long?
I was declining your invitation to do a pictorial then because of my respect for my partner at that time. I also thought na masyado namang maraming babes kayo na pwedeng imbitahin para magpa-sexy at feeling ko di ko kayang tapatan iyong ginagawa nila. I even made a conscious effort not to do sexy movies. I was trying to make a point. Gusto kong makita ng mga tao na hindi lang pagpapa-sexy ang kaya ko. So I tried dancing, singing, and luckily I landed regular gigs sa Kool Ka Lang, Bubble Gang, and right now sa Lagot Ka. I’m very happy. At least now, I’m called a sexy comedienne who can sing and dance. Hindi na ako nata-typecast na isa sa mga bagay na iniiwasan ko. Let’s face it: Ang shelf life naman ng mga sexy stars ang iksi. Mabango ngayon tapos mawawala bukas.
