Did your suitors increase after you bared on-screen?
They became more vocal. But I don’t think my baring on-screen isn’t the reason why I have more suitors, more callers, more admirers. It was actually just a coincidence. Because right before I started [shooting for] Balahibong Pusa, I was already feeling na parang nagdadalaga na ‘ko because I was starting to go out, starting to make pansin my suitors, starting to go out on dates. Kasi dati hindi. For some reason, I just didn’t like going out on dates. I just ignored my suitors. But they persisted. And then a few months before I started Balahibong Pusa, I said to myself, “I might as well give it a shot. I’m already 19.” I figured I was old enough. I could take care of myself. And my mom let me. 

And how were your relationships?
In my last relationship, I gave my all. I was so concerned about how my [ex-]boyfriend felt. I just gave in to whatever came along. I think it was a little too much. It wasn’t healthy for me. In the first one, I think I was still too young. For the entire duration of the relationship, tatlo kami : it was me, my boyfriend, and my mom.
