And you need less of your parents’ advice.
So does that mean you’re doing this FHM shoot upon your own free will?
Desisyon ko pa rin, pero yung mom ko kasi lagi naman pag may gagawin akong something, sinasabi niyang ako yung bahala—basta ipinapakita niya yung positive and negative consequences. Nung nag-alok sa akin ang FHM for this issue, sinabi ko sa kanya, “Should I accept it or not?” Nung una, “No” ang sagot niya. Kasi Chinese kami, so hindi siya normal sa amin; or siguro kasi matanda na yung mom ko, iba yung generation niya, so iba yung way of thinking niya. Pero eventually naisip niyang okay naman pala. Nung nakita niya yung peg, natuwa naman siya. Actually nung huli medyo na-weirdo-han ako sa kanya kasi parang mas excited pa siya sa akin.

Does maturity also entail being comfortable with very tiny pieces of clothes?
Ah, um, well…

We take that as a yes. But having seen you on TV for quite a long time now, we know shoots of this kind would require very little preparation on your part…
But I watched my diet. I haven’t been able to go to the gym, kasi walang time because of school. Buti na lang nagka-climb ako paminsan-minsan kaya medyo may workout pa rin kahit papaano.

Finally, we have something to write in your 100 Sexiest entry other than the usual internet research. Really, what should we be writing there that we wouldn’t find elsewhere?
Ha ha! Ano nga ba dapat? Siguro mas maganda kung magsusulat kayo ng something na hindi manggagaling sa akin, yung from your own point of view, tutal nakasama na ninyo ako rito sa shoot. So siguro…what you think of me, how I did here sa photo shoot…
