Does that philosophy apply to relationships as well?
Well, yes, more so I think. I believe that the only man you should really love and therefore be intimate with is your husband. And I guess it’s just fitting that because of my work’s demand on my time and energy, I don’t really get to date. I’m not seeing anyone. I have a very, very close friend, and I hope that friendship eventually evolves into something serious someday. I think marriage should be treated as a project where you slowly build up to it. And I guess I can only start living by that now because I had a wild life. Right now, though, I strongly believe in waiting until you’re married before getting sexually intimate with each other—there’s more spice to go around after the honeymoon. I’m trying that right now. It’s super hard, you can’t imagine! Ha ha ha!
So how do you channel your “energy”?
I try to do things that make you calm, or I work out for three hours a day. One can also do sports that have some sort of body contact because that’s actually what you miss, the feel of another person’s body close to you. So one can do sports where you probably have to maintain close body contact…for the game, ha ha!
And your sports would be…
I love running, beach volleyball, scuba diving, swimming—I love water, super.
