Did you get your scenes on the first take?
I did! Every single take we went for, I did. Lee Tamahori, who is a very good director, said, “One-take wonder! Let’s just do it again for good luck,” each time.

How was the ex-Mr. Bond off-cam?
He’s exceptionally charming. I actually find the James Bond character unattractive—he’s a womanizer and I really find that unappealing. But Pierce Brosnan is absolutely delightful. He was so charming, so sweet, and very flirtatious, but in a nice way. And he gave me time like I was a real person.
