Forced into the situation? But you do like what you’re doing?
Sometimes I actually want more out of my capabilities—you know,develop and hone what I took up in college. I took up Communication Arts major in broadcasting in De La Salle, but I’m not finished yet. Finances, that’s why. I got thrown into the situation where I needed to work first. But now, I actually like it.
So who is Khai Lim outside of that?
I’m an introvert. I don’t know, maybe it’s the Gemini in me. I really don’t like socializing, but when I’m in the zone, you can’t stop me from talking. If I’ve established my rapport with you, even if you’re on the other side of the room, I’d go to say hi. I swing like a pendulum. If you really don’t know me you’d think I’m a snob because I’d stay in one corner, read a book or listen to my iPod. It plays to my advantage.
So you like books and music.
