But why the Philippines?
My boyfriend [also a model] got a one-year contract here in the Philippines. It’s actually a funny story. Last January he was in Mexico on a company meeting and I was in Egypt on a swimwear photo shoot when I received a text message from him that we have an opportunity to move for a year to the Philippines, but he wasn’t sure if I’m afraid of typhoons or not. I was so surprised at first, but then I thought, “Are you kidding me, am I supposed to be scared of typhoons? When do we move?” Ha ha! So here I am.
