What are you doing in the Philippines?
This is my first time here. I was here initially to teach English.

The boys must be talking to you in Filipino.
Ha ha! I actually find them sweet and polite. I have a lot of Filipino friends back home in the US. It’s nice here; it’s like America with lots of nice sceneries.

Do you have someone special waiting for you back in the US?
Oh no. I’m very much single!

Really? Why?
What do you mean why? Ha ha! My last boyfriend and I broke up because I wanted to concentrate on my studies. I was a dean’s lister.

Stop it! I’m just very efficient with my time. I graduated September and I’m planning on taking up my masters, probably in finance.
