You’re the only remaining original member of Playgirls. How does this group compare to the previous lineup?
It’s better than ever. I can say we’ve improved a lot dahil marami na kaming pumapasok na shows. Lahat kami, turingan na talaga namin sisters.

Have you always been into performing?
Simula elementary, nasasali na ako sa mga dance troupes and cheering teams. Tapos nag-aral din ako ng mag-piano nun. Mahilig din ako sa music. Basta iba’t-ibang instruments. Mahilig ako sa reggae, RnB, techno, trance.

Are you single now?
I’m single and ready to mingle. Ha ha!

Cath Ventura
What kind of talent did they find in you to get you in the group?
I’m a dancer. Kumakanta rin ako. Pero “booty shaker” talaga nila ako sa grupo.

How long have you been dancing?
I’ve been dancing since high school. Nagsayaw din ako sa A.S.A.P. before.

Aside from events, where else could we see the Playgirls playing?
Madalas kasi meron kaming segment sa Jojo A. All the Way sa TV5. Masaya naman siyang kasama. Nag-perform din kami during the electoral campaigns. Meron din kami sa Resorts World, pero yung sa Maxims Hotel hinihintay pa namin.

Offcam, what’s your role in the group?
Ako yung wacky type. Pag may show kami, ginagaya ko yung sayaw ni Vice Ganda sa backstage. Kahit sabihin mong sayaw ng matatanda pa yan.
