Your first screen appearance found you playing a bratty and drug-addled out-of-school youth. How much of this is you?
It’s the exact opposite. For one, I finished college in Davao. And hindi naman ako bratty, mabait ako ’no! Ha ha! At least that’s what other people say about me. But in fact sobrang makulit ako.
So you preferred showbiz to a job related to your degree?
I knew [economics] wasn’t my line. I’m more partial to modeling. I started modeling in high school for a toothpaste brand and then for Bench in college. Dun ako na-discover. I also sing. I like fast songs, R&B, and some love songs.
What would you be doing now if you weren’t in showbiz?
Siguro model pa rin ako. That’s what I really want to do. Actually ngayon I still do modeling.
