Let’s talk business first. How would you describe the way you manage your resto?
I’ve been handling and managing the restaurant for quite some time now and as the owner, I’ve always tried to focus on the needs and wants of the customer, give him value for the money he’s spending. I’m very jolly around my customers, and I try to make them feel as if they’re my friend.  Doing modeling and managing a business at the same time could be hectic.

How do you de-stress?
I like going out. I’m always out. I go to the spa. I watch movies. Anything. Basta nasa labas ako, okay sa akin yun. I really like having fun in a lot of different places, and of course, I love hanging out with friends. Having coffee and having long chats with them are something I treasure. When I am home I usually just surf the Net. Anything para mawala muna ‘yung isip ko sa trabaho.

Do you have still time for guys?
Nagkaroon ng time na talagang hindi ako ready for a boyfriend kasi I was hurt really bad in a previous relationship. Nahirapan ako mag-move on, alam mo yun, kaya kung tinanong mo ako niyan a couple of months ago, sasabihin ko “No” talaga. Pero ngayon, let’s just say I’m starting to feel better.

So when you feel you’re ready again, what kind of guy would you go for?
Gusto ko maginoo pero medyo bastos. And physically, I prefer the classic tall, dark and handsome type. Pero hindi rin naman pinaka-importante yung physical aspects. Ang mas hinahanap ko pa rin yung pagiging gentleman or sweet ng isang lalaki.

Okay let’s take it further—what kind of guy would totally turn you off?
Ah, mas simple yan, I don’t like guys who are ma-feeling, mayabang, mahangin and who do not know how to respect women. Ayoko na rin yung mga guys na sa una mabait pero sa huli babalewalain lang yung tiwala mo.

The way you speak seems to carry a lot of weight to it. How were your past relationships?
The longest relationship I had lasted two years. And I feel like I’ve always given my 100 percent in my past relationships. I’ve learned though na hindi pala enough yung 100 percent to stop a guy from hurting you. I’ve had my trust broken on a couple of occasions, so it’s going to take a real special man to really get me to give my 100 percent again.

And how does one get you to give your 100 percent again?
I’m actually a very simple girl that isn’t that hard to please. You’ll know when I’m contented, and as long as I feel loved, I always try to reciprocate and give back. Simple lang naman, ‘di ba?
