The inevitable icebreaker: What’s with the name?
Before I was known as Lea. Backup dancer pa ako noon. It was direk Bobot (Mortiz) naman who thought of the name Luningning. Pang-masa raw kasi at maganda yung recall.

How do you come up with those energy-filled jives?
Most of it is ad lib. Ako lang ang nakaisip na ganun ang isayaw. Dati, especially when using some kind of prop, the show’s choreographer would teach me what dance to do, but now more on ad lib na ako.
