Aside from modeling, what eats up your time?
I actually do full-time modeling. Nag-start talaga ako ng ramp modeling sa FHM. Every time I do a show for the magazine, I enjoy it because I feel like it’s my thing.

You were at our first Bikini Heaven event in Boracay. Were you intimidated by the likes of Solenn Heusaff and Aubrey Miles?
In a way, oo, at first. Nung una ko silang nakita na-starstruck ako sa kanila. Ang ganda nila tapos I got to be with them because of the event. I felt special as though I was one of them. Ha ha! Nung una talaga intimidated ako pero nung nakausap ko sila, ang babait nila, so I felt more comfortable.

Which of your body parts do you think screams sexy?
Maraming nagsasabing expressive daw yung eyes ko kasi medyo malaki sila. And my shoulders because everyone can see na di naman masyadong malaki yung hinaharap ko pero nadadala siya ng shoulders kasi broad siya. It keeps everything in proportion.

How can a man win you over?
Kailangang ipakita niyang sincere siya. Kailangan din totoo siya sa sarili niya. Gusto ko rin sa lalaki yung simple lang, looks neat all the time at mabango. I’m not into guys na sobrang guwapo. I focus more on ugali at dating rather than looks. Ang dami kong nakikilala na sobrang presko. Wag dapat ganun!

Can you share a specific “preskong lalaki” experience?
Nung sa Boracay event ng FHM may mga ganun. Sila yung tipo ng guys na nakaka-turn-off kasi puwede naman silang mag-approach nicely kaysa yung lalapit sa iyo na akala mo naman kung sinong guwapo. Like they expect that something’s going to happen between you two that night eh wala naman din silang makukuha. Ha ha! You just have to act natural.

Our photographer found your face so sexy. Does flattery work for you?
Yes. Because sometimes you can’t help but feel like you aren’t [sexy]. Flattery boosts my confidence. Confidence is one factor that plays into feeling sexy. You might have a nice body but then if you’re too timid and shy, nawawala yung pagka-sexy. It’s all in the attitude and it should come from inside.

Is it safe to say you’re the typical girly girl?
No, not at all. I think you can classify me under boyish. Hindi ako maarte. Dala ko nga yung picture ko na medyo tibo-tibo pa ako. Pag nakikita nga ako ng classmates ko ngayon, nagugulat sila. I had the typical short hair, boycut. I always used to wear big shirts and long pants with matching rubber shoes. When my dad entered me in modeling, I started feeling a bit girly. Pero minsan lumalabas pa rin yung pagka-boyish ko.

Do you sometimes find yourself attracted to women?
Honestly, yes. Misa Campo is also a big crush of mine; I really want to meet her!
