Bom dia bonito senhora Karina! Bem-vindo a FHM! (Good day beautiful lady Karina! Welcome to FHM!)
Bom dia. You know how to speak Portuguese?
Nope. Just got that from Google Translate. Anyway, we’ve asked other Brazilian models we’ve talked to a lot about your country’s fine beaches, are there any other natural wonders in Brazil we’re missing on?
The Amazon! It’s one of the longest rivers in the world. I remember taking a sightseeing boat ride there once and I was just amazed at its beauty. It’s paradise on Earth.
Brazilians are also often associated with sexy swimwear. We’re curious, is the bikini Brazil’s new national costume?
(laughs) Not yet! Ha ha! We are beach-loving people, that’s why you often see most Brazilian girls wearing bikini. But there still some parts of Brazil that are very conservative.
We have actual people as a backdrop! Weren’t you scared someone would take advantage?
Not at all. I’ve been in the Philippines long enough to know that you’re a very courteous race. In fact, I’ve met a lot of Filipinos and they’re all very friendly. Besides, I’m a model so I’m used to prying eyes. It comes with the territory.
