A scorching-hot lady who hosts and bartends—just what every party needs! What got you throwing bottles up in the air in the first place?
It started over five years ago, I think. I’m always at the bar, I hang out with a lot of the owners. They asked me if I wanted to learn how to bartend. Back then there weren’t a lot of women bartenders. So that’s what I wanted to do and that’s what we did.
Ever experienced mishaps while learning the ropes?
There were a lot of bumps, bruises, and broken bottles. When you learn, normally you tape the bottle up with masking tape or duct tape so it doesn’t shatter. But then after a while they teach you how to do it with just the bottle itself. It’s different because you’re really afraid you’re going to break the bottle. But it’s been a while, I don’t know if I can still do it now. Or maybe it’s like riding a bike. There’s no unlearning it.
