Welcome back to FHM! have you done any recent tv projects since your last visit?
Yes. We just finished Reputasyon, a teleserye on ABS-CBN where I played the main news reporter.

Are you involved in any other projects at the moment?
I’m part of a new teleserye for TV5 entitled Felina. I play the best friend of Carla Humphries, who used to be a contravida in the story. Aside from the teleserye, I’m also starring in an indie film entitled Dyagwar, produced by Ogie Diaz and directed by Sid Pascua. Of course, I’m still a host for a game show (Binggo Millions) aired on Living Asia channel.

What is Binggo Millions about?
It’s like a lotto game where we have authorized representatives from PAGCOR drawing the balls on
every episode. There are three-digit combinations, with five-digit and six digit ones to win the jackpot round.

How would you describe the Star Magic experience?
It was really fun. It was an unforgettable experience since it was a new environment and a new world. I’d been living 21 years of my life going to school, training, and living a very simple life. But when I was with Star Magic, I was exposed to a lot more. I never knew that I could host and now I am enjoying it. I never knew that I could act but now I am doing it. I never knew that I would be friends with some of the famous artists that I’d watched on television, but now I am working with them and I’m friends with some of them. But the best part of the Star Magic experience is that it helped me come out of my shell. It made me open my eyes and realize
that there’s more that I can do pala.

As a former athlete, how do you maintain such a fine figure?
Before I started playing volleyball, I was really thin talaga. As in, no matter how much I ate I didn’t get fat. I gained weight when we started lifting weights in college. Kawawa ka kapag mahina ka, ha ha! So when I stopped playing volleyball that’s when I started to lose weight again. I still refrain from eating rice—ang rice ko siguro twice a month lang.

Are you a big fan of long walks on the beach?
Yes, I see it as an intimate or private time with whoever you are with. Bonding and quality time na rin yun and time is really important to me.

Do you find bikinis sexy?
Of course! That’s why I also love going to the beach—that’s the only time I can wear them aside from photo shoots and going swimming.

Do you think swimming/being wet is sexy?
Of course.

Ever gone to a nude beach?
No! If I owned the beach, baka puwede pa, ha ha!

Ever done anything naughty on a beach?
No. I just watch people do…things, ha ha! Nagkakataon lang na nakakakita ako ng mga sobrang PDA na couples sa beach.

What do you look for in a man?
Someone who can accept my flaws and weaknesses. Someone who will respect me as a person and someone who will love me completely. A man who is also brave enough and proud to tell the world how much he loves his girl. Most of all, a man who can appreciate and value the importance
of his partner. Of course, bonus points as well if you’re sweet and romantic.

What can a man do to please a girl like you?
Just be yourself. It helps if he’s really romantic. I also love surprises, as long as a guy makes an effort, winner yun!

Good hygiene or smell is a must. Also, being passionate in your actions and a being a good kisser are plus factors for me.
