Living in the tropics, you must be used to our climate here?
Pretty much, yes. Somehow I feel at home in the Philippines because of the weather.

How do you find the Philippines so far?
Like I said, it’s similar to my hometown. The people here are so nice, too. They smile at you all the time, though some guys are shy when I talk to them.

Soccer’s a big thing in your country. Are you into it as well?
I don’t play but I’m a big fan of Ronaldinho! I’m a big fan of our team in general, quite naturally.
