When the going gets tough, the tough goes partying. There's pretty much nothing an awesome bottle of beer can't help; reckon it's like a doctor pouring alcohol over gashes and wounds. Overflowing booze, good music, good crowd-partying sure is one of the best ways to ease the pressure on your shoulders. Be it a slice of an "American Pie" house party, or Fiddy's "In the Club" revelry, having a goodtime is a 100% tension-reliever.
For the biggest hairball of stress, where else to go but to Vegas, baby! It's not the World's Party Central for nothing. On top of the usual Vegas fare of casinos, the original Sin City is where you can expect the unexpected: Elvis, dirt-cheap Graveyard buffets, chapels for the drunk, horny and in-love, strippers, the lot. In a city of bended norms, there's only one rule: Go have fun.
Now to nurse your deadline hangover, going to Vegas may be a wee bit extravagant. So, let's have Vegas come to us. Meet MJ, a certified FHM babe, self-confessed party chick, and now, our newest online scorcher! She knows Vegas like the palm of her hands, gentlemen. So what are you waiting for? Deadly curves, jackpot appeal and all, MJ's ready to show you around. Ain't this better than winning Black Jack?
Welcome back! How are you? Mabuti. I'm doing fine naman.
Were there any changes since your last shoot with FHM? Yeah, marami! It's almost been a year and one half since I last my last shoot with you guys. I've been in Las Vegas after during that span of time and mas na-adopt ko yung lifestyle doon compared here in the Philippines, kaya pag-uwi ko ditto, medyo conservative ang mga tao, nanibago ako. Kung doon conservative ako, pagdating dito iba na. (Laughs)
So, doing sexy pictorials still makes you conservative? People there, they party and yung clothes nila minsan naka-bra na lang and yung outfits talaga nila pang-party. Over here, usually naka-pants lang yung mga tao, o kaya naka-shorts or skirts, ganun lang. Kaya I keep reminding myself na dapat yung outfits ko pang-Pinas dapat.
But were you not tempted to dress daring once in a while when you go out? Nag-dadaring naman ako pero I like to be more in style. Saka dapat me mystery pa din kaya me konti pang takip. Ha! Ha! Ha!
And we've heard you'll be back in the U.S. soon? Yeah. After this shoot, I'll be leaving na agad. I've love traveling rin kasi. Sa states I've been to San Francisco, pumunta din ko sa Reno, Lake Taho, Seattle; madalas ako sa California. Even Arizona and Utah kasi nahilig ako sa hiking. And last season, I learned how to snowboard.
What keeps you busy nowadays? Right now I'm on vacation. I'm just having fun, spending time with my family and friends. I have a service business with a call center, where we offer our vans to fetch their agents coming from work to their houses and vice-versa since most of them work on a graveyard shift. The company pays for it as part of their employees' perks. It's really a family business.
And you actually came from a conservative family right? Yeah. But they're okay naman with me doing sexy pictorials, pero sa tingin ko magugulat sila with this shoot. (Laughs)
When it comes to guys, would you prefer a conservative person over a western-cultured one? Depende. Gusto ko I can have fun with that person, okay kasama gumimik or whatever. Pero siyempre I like being at home pa rin sometimes. Kaya gusto ko balanced lang.
How would you rate our local party scene compared to that of Vegas? In Vegas kapag pumunta ka dun, talagang expected mo you're going to party. So, people really dress up para ka talagang pumunta kung saan. Over here, I noticed puro kabataan lang talaga yung gumigimik dito. Doon, kahit anong edad mo, gi-gimik ka. Mas matanda nga mas matindi pa. So, safe to say na Vegas would be a 10 and here at the Philippines siguro nasa 8.
If you're going to choose between the Philippines and Las Vegas, what will you choose? I'm still half-half, because I like it here kasi masaya and maraming pwedeng gawin all the time. And people here, madaling mapasaya. Over there medyo spoiled ka, if you're going to compare the lifestyle it's still a bit elevated. And you know, if you really work hard over there you can really make a difference, you can get the luxury you want compared to here na you really work hard but you don't get what you really deserve. So I would say, make money over there and retire over here (Laughs). Have the best of both worlds.
So, you're a hard worker? I do modeling on the side and I also do my business here. And I do hosting too, VIP hosting. Let's say you're going to be there to party, kami yung nag-a-arrange ng tables niyo sa club, arrange alcohol, or if you're going to need to somebody to take care of you para you know where to go. Even hotel booking we take care of all that. I do independent contracting and I make sure people there have fun.
Have you ever encountered stingy customers? They're very picky, they expect only the best but you just have to deal with it. Customers are always right.
And what's the weirdest request you've ever received? Everything there's weird! It's the land of the strange, but most of the time, customers look for someone to spend their time with at night or they'll going to look for something that can make the high. All you need to do is to be polite and decline at the same time like "I don't know anybody who can take care of that."
Are you a beer person or a cocktail lady? Cocktail.
Ever had an awful lot of margaritas that made you wake up in someone else's bed? Ha ha ha. Well, in my experience, I've never had a blackout pero there are times when you loosen up, you kind of get a little crazy, yung mga sayaw mo iba na yung dating and you get a little friendly (Laughs). Pero alam ko pa naman yung ginagawa ko. Pero minsan you're so drunk na you're giving away your digits like "this is my number, call me tomorrow, we'll party" and then I'll think, why did I gave my number.
And should they call, would you give it a go? It depends! Ha ha ha!
With snowboarding and hiking in your resume, you really love the outdoors.Yes. I just started snowboarding last season. Nakakatayo palang ako saka nakaka-slide, sobrang basic pa lang talaga. It's scary at first kasi unlike surfing na sa tubig ang bagsak, sa snowboarding, sa lupa, sa snow. Pero when I went to Lake Taho, yung snow sobrang fine kaya when you fall down it's alright. Masaya. Tapos with hiking, I really love the outdoors.
Ever done the act outdoors on snow? Imposible naman yata yun! Ha ha! Malabo yun! Malamig eh! Hindi ka tatagal (Laughs).
