Let’s talk about your shape. How does someone look better like that after giving birth?
Dati kasi yung problem ko talaga, kulang yung hips ko. Since I gave birth and nag-expand yung torso ko, naging balanced ngayon. Dati kasi malaki yung chest ko tapos maliit yung baywang ko. As with my tummy, siguro mabilis din talaga yung metabolism ko kasi I eat a lot and I don’t exercise.

Which feels better: Nursing a baby or making a baby?
Both! Ha ha! Pag gusto mong matanggal yung stress eh di mag-practice kang gumawa ng baby. Pag gusto mong ma-stress nang kaunti and at the same time mag-enjoy, mag-alaga ka ng baby.
