Can you give us more details on your solo project?
It’s not Hip-Hop. It’s a little bit of “Gwen,” “Fergie” and there will be an influence of “The Tings-Tings” and meron din parang new wave. Basta it’s pop in general.
Why pop? Is that really your type of genre?
I’m really pop-ish. Si Dice lang nag-introduce sa akin with Hip-Hop. I’m not really into Hip-Hop because I really can’t do R&B, which Hip-Hop goes with R&B. But in our case kasi pop ako more, so with our group it’s pop and Hip-hop. And then now that I’ll be doing my solo thing it’s really pop.
And what can we expect from it? Any favored singles?
I have a collaboration with Gloc- 9 and a couple of Tagalog songs, yeah tagalog! (Laughs). If I will be blessed, I want to do a Francis M song. Basta abangan niyo na lang marami! (Laughs).
