It’s rare to find a woman who is quiet in her rock n’ roll. That mellow persona, her easy breezy vibe, only adds to her sex appeal.

Clothe only in her caramel skin and wild-woman hair, Jamaica looked something out of a jungle fantasy. Look through Jamaica’s photos and get lost in the wilderness. To call Jamaica just wild however, is simply an understatement.      

What were your feelings going into the shoot today?
Yung first time na sinabi sa akin na nude, di ko ine-expect. Siyempre naisip ko, “Naku, paano ba to?” Pero nung nandun na okay na kasi sobrang galing ni Doc Marlon [photographer]. Parang mas nagustuhan ko pa na nude kasi mas tago pa yung body parts ko dahil sa poses.

He was making you dance, how did you handle that?
Yung pagsayaw, grabe; sumasayaw lang naman talaga ako pag lasing na. I feel like I’m a bad actress, kasi di talaga ako umaarte.
 
What emotions were in your head when he was making you pose?
Saktong depressed ako. Inisip ko na lang yung mga problema ko because he wanted me to emote. Inisip ko yung mga problema that I’m facing with my boyfriend, just so I could get some feelings in my eyes and face.

Aside from modeling, what keeps you busy?
For the past few months I’ve been planning a business, but since it was delayed I decided to work first. It’s a customer care job and I’m under the finance division.

What business were you planning to put up?
We’re planning to put up a beach resort in Siargao. Siargao is the number one surf spot here in the Philippines and I’ve been visiting there, these past few months.

What is it about Siargao that you love the most?
Everything. The locals are the best locals I’ve ever met in the Philippines. If you compare it to any other beach like Boracay, I think it’s still the best. Maganda nga sa Bora pero sobrang daming tao, maganda yung sand pero polluted ng tao. Pag pumunta ka sa Siargao, marami din foreigners at may party scene din pero di ganun ka-crowded.

Is it fair to say you enjoy the more relaxing beaches than the party-hardy ones?
Of course, kasi pwede ka naman pumarty dito sa Manila. In Siargao pwede ka rin pumarty pero hindi lang yun yung gagawin mo pag andun ka. I like beach activities like surfing during the day tas dive and swim. Tas sa gabi party, ha ha!
