Does size really matter?
Naturally, guys gifted in that department would say yes, and those who fall short would say no. But let me tell you this: I’ve been with a guy before who had a big cock but couldn’t seem to make me cum. It was a little disappointing and awkward for me.
Your schlong could be long and thin, or short and thick, or long and thick, or short and thin—however, physical differences are matters of external appearance. Deriving pleasure from sexual intercourse is a matter of inner emotion.
But emotion is also what drives most men to fuss over the girth or length of their penis, that some of them have resorted to surgery. For a price, what man wouldn’t like a few extra inches, right?
The lengthening procedure is quite simple: Doctors just cut the ligament between the base of the penis and the pubic bone. The “thickening” procedure, meanwhile, is done by injecting fat sucked out from one’s thighs or hips into the shaft of the penis.
But before you run out and have a surgery, you should know that there are serious risks. According to some research, the lengthening procedure can result in nerve damage and decreased sensation, impotence, lower angle of erection, skin protrusions, scarring, infection and gangrene. The thickening procedure, on the other hand, can cause an embolism in the heart or brain from the fat released during liposuction; tissue death from reduced blood supply in the penis caused by too much fat in the penis; or a lumpy or lopsided penis.
