3 LIPS: “A woman’s partner can massage her lips and draw them away from her vagina,” Chia reveals. “He can also try rubbing them together.” Hmm… I can just imagine!

4 ENTERING THE JADE CHAMBER: “By inserting a finger or two into her vagina, a woman’s partner can try stimulating different parts of her vaginal canal, which the Taoists affectionately called the Jade Chamber. Her partner should try circling a finger or two around her vagina, making sure to touch the top, bottom, and the sidewalls. When he strikes a golden spot, obviously he can linger and explore. Remember, however, that the point of vaginal massage is not bringing your partner to orgasm. Keeping her aroused but not peaking is the goal.”

5 HEALING: Like in reflexology, the passageway from the vaginal opening to the uterus has four “rings,” or spots, related to remote parts of the body. The first spot is the passageway after the vaginal opening, which is connected to a woman’s kidneys. Another is connected to her liver. After the liver is the spleen/pancreas part, and the part before you hit the uterus, where the woman’s heart and lungs are connected. Chia says: “Massaging these different rings, the Taoists believed, can bring health and healing to the corresponding parts of the body.”
