Duwende (Tagalog, Cebu), a.k.a Kama-kama (Iloilo)
A short man with short arms and legs, and large joints, eyes, mouth, teeth, hands, and feet. When you disturb his peace, he will punish you.
What to do: Do a tabi-tabi po when passing anthills, roots of trees, etc.

Tianak (Tagalog), a.k.a. muntianak (Bagobo); pontianak (India)
Tianaks take the form of a baby, only it has one leg longer than the other. When you pick it up, it becomes an old man with sharp eyes, a long beard, and wrinkly, brown skin. He then bites you and scampers away, laughing in jest at your ignorance.
What to do: Leave it alone and pray that the mother will return for it.

VISCERA SUCKERS
Attractive women by day, monsters by night, these creatures dispense of their arms to be replaced by wings. They forego the use of their legs in order to fly out into the night, leaving behind their lower torso. Yup, this is where the mananaggal belongs. Sample some of its kind:

Abat (East Visayas). a.k.a Awok (other Visayan areas)
When night falls, this barrio lass transforms into a something else: bulging, big, red eyes, and long, bony fingers. From her waist, she detaches herself and then flies out looking for a house. She rolls down her tongue and will then suck the internal organs of the victim. If the victim is pregnant, she will suck out the baby as well.
What to do: Keep safe and close your windows. You may hang crab shells, bolos, and knives around the house, especially near the roof and the floor areas.
