Our friends over at PETA sent us a lovely piece of news bulletin the other day. It’s to tell the world that New Moon star Christian Serratos has stripped down for PETA’s “Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” ads. New Moon is the sequel of Twilight, by the way; perhaps it’s time to run an explainer.

 At 19, she’s the youngest celebrity to pose nude of PETA’s anti-fur campaign. Among other celebrities who’ve starred in the iconic anti-fur promotions are Eva Mendes, Charlize Theron, Sadie Frost and Natalie Imbruglia. All beautiful and sexy ladies, we know.

Over at PETA’s website, Christian explains her cause. “I’ve always been opposed to slaughtering, eating, wearing carcass[es],” she says in a video. Apparently, helping animals is an advocacy of the vegetarian actress. 

So yeah, support the cause of the lovely actress. Boo fur.
