One fine night, FHM caught up with comic-rock band Giniling Festival and asked them to dish out details about their song “Landian Lang” from their new album, A La Hoy.

Inside SoundKitchen Studio Pilipinas, Jeje Santos (vocals), Bombee Duerme (guitar), Dani Pajarillo (bass), and Franco Malaya (drums), excitedly talked about this kinky song and its NSFW music video.

“I wrote ‘LL’ (Landian Lang) with Amy Winehouse in mind for both genre and character,” says Jeje, “The video is a parody of Kanye West’s music video for 'Famous'.”

Known for their hits "Siling Giniling," "Hari Ng Metal," "Letters To Angelina Jolie," and more, Giniling Festival has come a long way since their self-titled album Giniling Festival, which was released 9 years ago. Recording and producing the album was done in a span of five days, they shared. Even the launch, which was held last July, was well-thought-out, with performances from co-Terno Recordings artists The Charmes, Sleepwalk Circus, Yolanda Moon, Maude, and Up Dharma Down. There was even a special number by Manila Burlesque’s Joyen Santos.

Now with new members Dani and Franco, the band is looking forward to making everyone head bang to their rockin' new sound and enjoy their witty, funny lyrics.

In between bottles of beer and plates of crispy bacon liempo, and in line with their song “LL,” FHM asked the boys to dole out some landian tips that rock stars like them swear by.

BONUS: They exclusively performed the song for FHM, too. Watch our hilarious interview here:
