How did you get into precision driving?
I used to compete in the UK, and came right through from the grassroots of the motorsport and built myself up. Eventually I won four British championships. But on the way off I was quite well known for a bit of flare and a few tricks that I pulled off.
Maybe you were just bored?
I had retired from motorsports and I thought that would add another dimension to the displays but all the other tricks are a direct result of everything that I’ve learned in motorsport.
Ever crashed a car?
Uh, I’ve had slight accidents but I’ve never hurt myself, never hurt anybody, I’ve never done any major damage. My specialty is performing live so it’s got to be right every time. I always leave a little room for error.
