An angry fan at the boxing match between IBF World super featherweight champion Gervonta Davis and No. 1 IBF seed Liam Walsh hit an unsuspecting Floyd Mayweather, Jr. in a fit of anger.

Mayweather was on his way out of the venue with his entourage when a drink was thrown his way, which hit the undefeated boxer smack in the face.

To be fair, Mayweather, who is known in the sport as one of the all-time defensive boxing greats, acted cool despite the incident. The boxer was, however, teased online by haters for having a “weak defense.”

The fan who threw the drink is believed to be a supporter of Walsh, who lost the bout after getting knocked out in the third round.

Earlier, Mayweather had a heated argument against the Walsh brothers during the fight's press conference.

Mayweather is currently in a collision course against UFC Champion Conor McGregor as both fighters attempt to drum up a historic inter-sport megabout between them.

So far, McGregor has signed his end of the contract but Mayweather doesn’t seem too keen on rushing things just yet.
