The NBA is barely a week away from kicking off! Mega trades have since conquered the world of basketball, players have already signed to their respective team of choice, and teams have been made and broken this offseason. All roster changes aside, the rivalry remains between the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference.

Popular belief cites that the Western Conference teams hold the balance of power in the league, but the current season suggests that it may no longer be the case. Not since the big three was made in Boston. Not since Rose started playing like an MVP. And most certainly not since LeBron and Wade decided to play alongside each other.

But in the interest of fairness, we cite the factors - roster changes, rookie arrivals, and all-star caliber - that should determine who the better conference is this season. Hit the chart below and see if you agree!
