A new online trend is making quite the buzz in the local interwebs. It's called the #SugodManny campaign, and it comes in the form of a video like this one from Rhian Ramos:

Ouch!

In a nutshell, #SugodManny is a viral video campaign wherein a person shows off his/her best knockout move. Then, the poster nominates three other persons to do the same. It's basically the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, only this time around you're doing it as a way to support Manny Pacquiao for his May 2 superfight versus Floyd Mayweather.

So far, celebrities have had a sort of monopoly on this trend. To this we say, kami naman! The whole country should be behind our man Manny for this one.

We studied videos from some of the country's most beautiful ladies (for obvious reasons) to give you tips on how you could make an awesome #SugodManny video. Our lesson begins with...

Using a little bit of slow-mo magic makes any K.O. more dramatic, as Melanie "Kyla" Alvarez demonstrates below:

You don't necessarily have to throw a punch; your presence and confidence are enough to make a potent vid. Especially if you have a body like Shamcey Supsup's to go with your overflowing swag.

Doing the deed in gym shorts and inside an actual boxing ring gives your creation more street cred. Model-actress-beauty-queen-all-around-nice-gal Bb. Pilipinas-Universe Pia Wurtzbach shows you why:

Okay, maybe not. But does it really matter after you've heard her cute giggle and seen her gym-tastic figure?

If you can't box or are a pacifist, why not let your vocal chords take over? We can listen to Venus Raj proclaiming her allegiance to the #SugodManny campaign all day...

You could up your vid's KO-meter by using two fists instead of one. Wyn-Wyn Marquez's #winning move shows you how it's done:

Using "Eye Of The Tiger" as background music is a nice touch. Plus points if you manage to flash a killer smile while showcasing your killer blows. For pointers, here's pretty blogger-host Nicole Andersson's video:

Atenean v-ball phenom Alyssa Valdez shows us that having a partner is way better than going solo.

Here's another leggy beauty, Binibining Pilipinas 2014 2nd Runner-Up and Ateneo courtside stunner Laura Lehmann, showing us that the gym is the right spot to make your video. Based on the clip, we reckon she has the skills to curbstomp our beer-bellied bods.

If that isn't enough motivation for Manny to put Money May's ass on the floor, we don't know what is. You've got the country's finest females cheering for you, Pac-Man. Go get Floyd!
