A little over a month before their highly anticipated—and debated—bout, Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor have made the wait more dragging. Which isn't exactly a good thing.

The world press tour for their August 26 superfight has been a disastrous spectacle, as both fighters weren't able to contain themselves from making racist remarks and homophobic slurs during the nightly war of words.

And it didn't help that a handful of bizarre stories over the weekend has caused some stir to the already overhyped boxing match.


Conor got knocked the f out

According to former world champion Jessie Vargas, the UFC lightweight champion was sent crashing to the mat by his sparring partner during one session. The Mexican didn't exactly tell who floored McGregor, but watching his recent training footage, we aren't liking the MMA superstar chances.

Floyd wore man heels

It looks like Money tried to buy everything, particularly some vertical advantage over the taller McGregor; problem is, everyone noticed the former's raised platform shoes. The Irishman even insulted Mayweather's decision to wear his pumped up kicks later in the press tour.


Bloke sneaks in London presscon

Can you imagine being part of either fighter's entourage for the ridiculous world tour? YouTuber Zac Alsop did just that, pretending to be a member of McGregor's crew and even joining their walkout. Unbelievable, considering that all he needed was some fake credentials and a load of balls.
