Some have dismissed the #MayPac fight as dull and boring. Thankfully, there were other highlights to keep us entertained throughout the night!
Manny Pacquiao has defeated Floyd Mayweather Jr...is what we wish we could report right now. But it just wasn't meant to be. The self-styled greatest ever took the fight to a decision, in which the judges unanimously picked him over our Pambansang Kamao.
The fight itself, however, was deemed to be a slight disappointment—with no real big punches from either man that we'd be hunting down in YouTube in the years to come. Thankfully, there were other highlights NOT from the actual ring action that had us entertained.
Here are eight of them:
In a night not lacking in starpower, one star reigned above them all, showing enough skin to restore balance to a night featuring two half-naked dudes hugging inside the ring.
2) THE RING GIRLS
Meet Vanessa Golub, Alana Campos, Dessie Mitcheson and Janira Kremets—the four Tecate ring girls whom you got glances of at various instances during the night. Google away, our friends!

3) NBA LEGENDS
You know it's a huge fight when super athletes from another sport start popping up. Spotted were Magic Johnson, Charles Barkley, and the undisputed TBE of hoops, MJ.

4) MOVIE STARS WHO ONCE PLAYED OR ARE CURRENTLY PLAYING A BOXER IN A FILM
There was no lack of movie stars as well in the star-studded event. But standing out among them were movie stars that were also fictional pugilists!
Here's Mark Wahlberg, who played former champ Micky Ward in The Fighter:
Robert De Niro, who played former middleweight star Jake Lamotta in Raging Bull:
Denzel Washington, who once put on the fictional gloves to play former middleweight boxer Rubin "Hurricane" Carter in The Hurricane:
And Jake Gyllenhaal who stars in upcoming fight flick, Southpaw:
5) JAMIE FOXX'S "REMIX" OF THE AMERICA NATIONAL ANTHEM
Actor and singer Jamie Foxx sang the U.S. national anthem that night. But like some of our fellow Filipinos who have been given the chance to sing "Lupang Hinirang," the singer wasn't able to stop himself from doing his own version of the song—even adding a clumsy "hallelujah" at the end.
At least we won the night in terms of anthem rendition!
Pacquiao's favorite talk show host, Jimmy Kimmel, poked fun at Mayweather groupie Justin Bieber, the only way he knows how: by cosplaying as The Biebs.
Keep your eyes peeled on this Vine video, and see Kimmel wear threads similar to what The Biebs sports now.
7) THE NEW BURGER KING
Kings of the ring, Money and Manny, weren't the only ones from royaltly in attendance that night. While Manny brought along his talk show pal, Money earned some money by allowing the Burger King mascot to join his entourage.
8) A TRAFFIC JAM FOR THE RICH AND FAMOUS
Another sign that it's a big fight: The attendees come in private jets.
