Well, how about that? It looks like hitching a ride on the mobile expressway will get a bit cheaper! Check out the all-new Nokia Lumia 625, an LTE-ready smartphone that costs significantly less than other 4G handsets. "Hooray!" says our wallets!
We don't know about you, but it looks good in yellow
Coming with a dual-core processor and 512MB RAM, it should do well in handling your everyday mobile chores. Up front, you've got a 4.7-inch touchscreen while 8GB of internal memory takes care of file storage. If that's bitin for you, you can bump it up via a microSD card for added capacity.
Pretty standard hardware, you might say. But the main star of the Lumia 625's specs list is obviously its LTE connectivity, which can give surfing speeds of up to 50Mbps, or even beyond. With that kind of speed, you'll be able to do a shitload of awesome things online, like these! But if you're okay with slower speeds, the Lumia 625 also has 3G, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi in the mix.
Hhmm, the 4.7-inch touchscreen really does offer a nice view...
But here's where it really gets interesting...and awesome. The Lumia 625 is now out for P13,200. Not exactly dirt-cheap, but compared to other 4G handsets—many of which go for upwards of 20 grand—it's a lot cheaper. Fact is, it's the cheapest Lumia with LTE. Nice! Come on, Nokia! Make more!
Happy birthday, Madge!
